WHY:
Intersections International is a New York-based global initiative dedicated to promoting justice, reconciliation, and peace across lines of faith, culture, ideology, race, class, national borders, and other boundaries that divide humanity.
The Intersections Awards recognize individuals and organizations dedicated to building respectful relationships among diverse communities in order to forge common ground and develop strategies to promote justice, reconciliation, and peace. By shining the spotlight of recognition and appreciation on these extraordinary accomplishments, we inspire others to do the same.
